printed bulletin not receivd1. In all cases give member the benefit of doubt & send a bulletin BUT first check that we have the correct address, update address on membership database if necessary. THEN carry out the following checks
2. Check if member has been lapsed, if lapsed tell member they have been lapsed because no subs have been received.
3. If member says that they have paid
a.) check that payment has not been received after the months lapses have been done. If so re-instate member as paid up.
b). find out if they pay by Standing Order & the month in which the SO is payable. Check SO and if payment method is not SO edit record to show payment by SO & status of Paid UP.
c.) if member pays by cheque or credit card refer to membership secretary/?????? for confirmation that payment has been received. When this has been confirmed re-instate member as Paid up .
