At street level you can see how obscured the exit will be from Tesco onto St Marks Road, at the very least there will have to be cut away for a better view for exiting cars and lorries. The additional traffic entering the east bound stream will cause more congestion.

At first floor level you can see the gates, these have been closed for many years. The developers inist this was access for the road tankers. This is not the case the road tankers drove into the forecourt to the exit and reversed down to the parking area. The fuel loading points were at the front of the forecourt on the left.
