Welcome to The Orchard, the purpose built, architect designed office building that won the 2002 Basingstoke and Deane Design Award for The Best Building in a Conservation Area.

The Orchard is a resource for all of the voluntary and community groups in the area and is managed by Basingstoke Voluntary Services. The aim is that The Orchard will be a "seed bed" for new initiatives and will provide open access to all local services. The Orchard is located in the heart of Basingstoke overlooking "The Memorial Park" and near the Civic Offices Campus. It is within easy walking distance of the main Town Centre and its many public car parks and is less than 10 minutes walk from Basingstoke main line station.
