To apply for membership of the group, click the link to complete the application form. Once the application form is submitted, an email is sent to the Group Managers. This will enable you to be contacted by whoever deals with membership enquiries. Once you are a member of a Group, you will normally be given a username and password to login with. MEMBERSHIP USER GUIDES Group Managers can use the Add Member menu link to add new members to the group. - Add Member Before starting to Add Members, make sure the group Fee Categories have been set up and have the appropriate fee title and duration information included in the detail. - Fee Categories If you are a member of a Group and are logged in, you will see a list of members on the "Member List" page. Some members in the list will have a Mail Icon (envelope) in their entry which you can click to send them a personal email. - Mail a member Mail Preferences are set up by your Group. These give the Group a way of directing mail and messages to lists of members that are interested in specific subjects. - Mail Preferences |
