Welcome to Merseyside IVC
The Inter-varsity Club (IVC) is a national club with almost 50 branches, and over 6,000 active members throughout the UK. The IVC was founded in 1946 by Cambridge undergraduates keen to continue their university social activities during the long vacation. The Merseyside IVC branch was formed in the 1960s and has remained an active leisure organisation for graduates, professionals and like-minded people ever since. We are a happy, non-commercial club, whose activities are all arranged by our own members. This allows us to enjoy a very wide range of social and leisure activities that suit all tastes. The activities arranged within the club are published in a monthly programme, which is delivered by post. Clubnights are held every Tuesday, alternating between Liverpool City Centre and North Wirral. |
