Success is what we are all about and the Eden project is a fine example of this, in the face of doubters and fiece reluctance to water down the committment to the other Dome of Doom. Ballooning along the road is a lot of Fun, the team in Logistics decided that the normal delivery methods were a bit boring so off they went to find a new solution. A little less controlled than normal but with inspiration in mind and more than a little bit of hot air from Giles Raile they managed to get  aloft.
The launch was a nightime affair with another 40 balloons taking part, the object was to travel west to Bristol and over the Bristol Chanel if the wind was in the right direction. Of course this was not the case so they all came down near Filton.
Filton for those that are not in the know is where those magnificent men built that wonderful flying machine the Concorde, hopefully we will see the sight and sound of the 11 o'clock takeoff soon.
