Each month IVC members host local events ranging from Theatre, cinema, pub nights, dancing, meals out, talks, walks. An event sheet is completed and placed in an Events Book which the organiser brings to Pub Night every Monday. Members then choose what they would like to attend and complete their details. Each month event details are posted out to members, via a bulletin, if they do not attend the bulletin night (this is the last Monday of the month).

IVC hold a monthly Cinema night at Warner Village, Newcastle and afterwards go to a cafe for a fish and chip supper for just £3.00 !
