JJs Workout
JJ's Workout is a fun workout for people who want to lose weight, get fitter, stronger and tone up! The workouts can be described as a total body workout and are a place to have FUN! The classes are for a mixed ability and therefore suitable for all fitness levels and all sizes.
Thursday's Aerobics Toning Class uses weights as well as the dyna bands and small toning balls.
Classes are run from 7.30pm to 8.30pm on a 'turn up and pay at the door' policy, so no booking is required. Classes are £4.50 and a token scheme is operated. Once you obtain 12 tokens (one from each class) then you get your 13th class free. All Julie’s classes are run with the idea of working hard and having FUN! All students can work to their own potential and ability, with the goal to improve technique and ability and then get a bigger and better workout ensuring weight loss, a toned body which has gained in flexibility, mobility, stamina and strength. |
