This image from  Woodcote off  Lower Boyndon Road is of St Marks reaching for the sky. Against which we are always aware of the even less spectacular college buildings which are simply impressive in their awfullness and are complete with the matt of Cell Masts heating the pigeons and other wild life. Thankfully the college plans for redevelopment seem to have disappeared along with the Director.................................

Lower Boyndon Road runs down hill towards Laburnham Road and then Clare Road. Off Lower Boyndon Road is Woodcote which runs up to an down from behing the College redevelopment area.

Its likely that the growth in traffic will cause more problems where Lower Boyndon Road crosses intersects with Boyn Avenue already a difficult crossing
