Social Clubs

Basingstoke & North Hants IVC (www.bnhivc.org)

We are North Hampshire's premier social club run by members for the members; this enables us to keep the membership fees at one of the lowest in the county.

We cater for a wide variety of tastes and interests, from theatre trips to badminton, pirates parties (ooh aar!) and country walks.

Whatever your particular interest, there will be something of interest for you - along with a warm welcome.

Come along to our weekly Club Night every Tuesday from 8:30pm either at the Way Inn on Chapel Hill, Basingstoke (twice a month) or other local pubs we frequently visit. All of our club night venues have plenty of well lit parking.

See our Club Diary for where we are meeting next and future events you could take part in.

There is no obligation to join at our club night, come along and meet us, we don't bite.

If you want us to send you the club events bulletin for the next three months, you will need to pay the £10.00 Trial Membership fee. See the Trial Membership Offer section on our web site for more details.

A Night at the Pub ...

The Jolly Farmer, Cliddesden (pictured)
Description: This is a great country pub that has real ales on sale here that are invariably good quality and some are not often seen around Basingstoke. Food looks very good and there is a garden and shaded awning area with patio heaters. The pub is well patronised by the local people. The Basingstoke & North Hants IVC Social Club (www.bnhivc.org) often use this pub as a venue for their Tuesday evening clubnights because it is so popular with their members. To find the pub, head under the Motorway at the southern end of Brighton Way into Woods Lane. At the end of Woods Lane, turn left and the pub is about 100 yards on the left.

Badminton Clubs

Sports Centre Sunday Badminton Club
Come along and join the friendly Sunday Badminton Club at Basingstoke Sports Centre. Play starts at 7.00pm until 9.00pm on 5 courts with shuttles supplied and Sports Centre racquets available if required. The Sunday Evening Badminton Club is a friendly bunch of mixed ability, for beginner and intermediate standards so is suitable for anyone. Ask for the Sunday badminton Club at the Sports Centre Reception ... all abilities are welcome. Pay at the reception desk on arrival.
