ABOUT US
The Phoenix School of Martial Arts was established in 1985 and is now one of the largest and most successful associations in the South of England. Kick boxing has been taught at Viables for over 20 years, to men, women and children. It’s a partial contact sport − there are no blows below the waist.

Whether new or experienced, participants find every lesson a challenge, tailored to suit their level of fitness and ability. We develop agility, balance, co-ordination and flexibility, and encourage students to gain self-confidence, respect and self-discipline.

As their ability improves, participants can take exams progressing from novice, through various colour belts to black belt. They can take part in national competitions if they wish − several take place each year.

There are regular classes on Monday evenings:

Juniors (age 5 up) from 7−8pm at £5 per session.

Seniors from 8−9.30pm at £6 per session.

Do try us out − we’d love to see you.
